The UK Calendar Girls Grand Final is a huge event in aid of charity that will be held in Bristol's largest night club Pryzm, The South Buildings, Canon's Rd, Bristol, Avon, BS1 5UH on August 16th 2023. The doors open at 7pm (please arrive before 8:30pm)

*IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: *Tickets purchased after Friday 11th August will be put into an envelope behind the Front Desk at the Grand Final (Pryzm Bristol) and can be collected on the day of the Grand Final from 7pm. The name on the envelope will be the full name of the purchaser plus the number of tickets purchased JUST GIVE THE TICKET VENDER THESES DETAILS. Tickets will not be posted after the 11th of August.

 

VIP Tickets

There will only be 250 VIP tickets up for sale AND they will go very quickly. If you want a VIP ticket you must get them early once they're gone, they're gone!!


 

VIP Tickets £55 Per Ticket you will receive the following:

  • VIP's will receive a VIP access ticket access to all rooms (this will give you queue jump access and private bar and seated room)
  • VIP's will receive a Free Prosecco Fountain or Soft Drink to fill your glasses on arrival.
  • VIP's receive a Free Chocolate Fountain with a huge selection of different marsh mellows, fruits and dipping houderves.
  • VIP's receive their own PRIVATE ROOM, PRIVATE BAR, PRIVATE DANCE FLOOR AND Entertainment for the evening
  • VIP's will have Front Row guest priority for the Girls live stage event in the main room. (please note stage room is mainly standing room only)
  • VIP's do not have to queue to gain entry to the club
  • VIP's also receive private live entertainment
  • VIP's have their own seating area for the night. (please note on the main presentation when the girls come on stage there will be standing room only in that room)

The UK Calendar Girls Grand Final is a huge event in aid of charity that will be held in Bristol's largest night club Pryzm, The South Buildings, Canon's Rd, Bristol, Avon and Somerset BS1 5UH on August 16th 2023. The doors open at 7pm (please arrive before 8:30pm) and the night usually calms down at 12:30-1:30am. This club will be given to all the UKCG Finalists and their guests for the entire night and this will be the largest and best event we do in the UK Calendar Girls competition, with 80 stars, the UKCG Finalists! The Calendar Girls Grand Final will consist of a Grand carpet entrance, Bubbly reception along with Chocolate Fountain and Champaign Fountain for all VIP's, limo convoy, live music, singers, dancers, , lights shows, stilt walkers and more. The main stage area is standing room only with some seating available. Many business people will attend along with Mums & Dad's, Aunties, Uncles, Grans and Grandads, friends & family members from around the UK and overseas along with the 80 Calendar Girl finalists.. Guests expected, anything from 400 - 800 along with the 80 Finalists arriving by limousine convoy. 1 of each ticket sold will be donated to our chosen charities and organisations: The Chestnut Appeal for Prostate Cancer and Mental Health Awareness

 

Guests:

All guests to arrive between 7pm - 8:30pm

Dress Code Men: Smart shirt, (Tie Optional but definitely preferred), Jacket, smart Jeans or trousers, shoes or smart trainers are preferred.

Dress Code Women: Glamed up going out wear so dress, cocktail dress or blouse or smart trousers, heals or shoes.

Parking:

Millennium Square car park is the closest car park to the Pryzm Venue: using Sat Nav enter BS1 5LL as your destination. This car park is a safe and secure 24hr car park adjacent to @Bristol. It is an underground car park, open 24 hours a day with onsite security.

*After a 24 hour period the next daily tariff applies in the normal way. Please note: Motorcycles and Blue Badge holders are subject to the above rates.

Winners will be announced in Pryzm Bristol again Saturday, August 26th 7:30pm (10 days after the Grand Final) This event will be FREE to attend and you are all invited!
